FT Road Service Tech
Richland, PA

The Richland Service department is looking to add an additional experienced service tech to their Team.  This position will service Gehl Manitou equipment both in the shop and on the road.

 

Responsibilities for this full-time position include:

  • Set-up, service and repair agriculture equipment in a timely and accurate fashion while focusing on quality service
  • Providing accurate and complete records on work orders and submitting them timely

The ideal candidate for this great opportunity will have:

  • Experience with the maintenance and repair of agriculture equipment
  • A positive attitude, exuding courtesy and helpfulness
    • An ability to thrive in a Team atmosphere and when working independently

Our Agriteer Cecilton team is looking for an individual familiar with farm equipment parts and equipment to fill a Full-Time Parts Sales Associate position that consists mainly of in-house customer service.
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing prompt, accurate, courteous service to walk-in and online farm equipment parts customers.
  • Pulling and packaging orders and working closely with the Agriteer Team to ensure outstanding service.
Qualified candidates must:
  • Have a current, valid driver’s license and medical card
  • Exhibit a strong customer focus

Our Richland Service department is seeking and experienced service manager to lead our service department.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Lead all aspects of the Agriteer Service Team in Richland.
· Passionately promote and reproduce the mission, Vision, and Core Values of Agriteer.
· Schedule, assign, and monitor work for Technicians.
· Actively participate on the Richland Leadership Team.
· Key influencer for Customers and Team Members as we optimize growth opportunities.
On-Going Goals:
· Continue to integrate Richland operations into the overall Agriteer organization.
· Work cooperatively with Corporate Leadership and Service Team Leaders at other locations to optimize functionality and facilitate remarkable Customer service.
· Pursue appropriate, continuing education personally and for service Team Members.
Responsibilities:
· Project a professional and courteous attitude.
· Participate in hiring, training, developing, and retaining technicians.
· Review and approve work orders for accuracy and timely invoicing.
· Provide remarkable Customer service, including conflict resolution when necessary.
· Work with Location Leader and Corporate Leadership Team to develop a budget and monitor monthly service department profitability.
· Give high priority and attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency, meeting goals and standards as established with Corporate Leadership.

Our Leola service department is looking to add an additional experienced tractor service tech to their Team.  This position will service tractors both in the shop and on the road.

  • Set-up, service, and repair agriculture equipment.
  • Represent the interest of Agriteer, LLC in a manner consistent with its vision, mission, business philosophy and Core Values.

  • Become trained and certified, as appropriate, for the equipment lines sold and serviced.
  • Pursue appropriate, continual training on a variety of products.

FT Lead Planter Service Technician
Harrisonburg, VA
Our Harrisonburg service department is looking to add an additional experienced planter service tech to their Team.  This full-time position will service planters both in the shop and on the road.
Primary area of responsibility:
  • Set-up, service, and repair agriculture equipment with a focus on Planters and Precision Ag Equipment (on-site as well as at the Customer location).
  • Participate in training to increase and improve knowledge of Planters and other equipment represented by the Company.
  • Represent the interest of Agriteer, LLC in a manner consistent with its vision, mission, business philosophy and Core Values.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Set-up and repair equipment as directed by Service Shop Team Leader in a timely and accurate fashion, specifically set-up of new Planters, and rebuild or repair work on used Planters (on-site as well as at the Customer location).
  • Learn the various products to ensure that accurate, detailed, and timely records are maintained and completed on work orders.
  • Honor our Customers by focusing on quality service in an efficient and effective manner while optimizing billable time, and by treating Customers’ property with the utmost integrity.
  • Project a professional and courteous attitude as defined by Agriteer, LLC.
  • Any other task assigned by manager.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to work overtime, and Saturdays, as needed.
  • Ability to drive a service truck up to 3 hours one way for road work.
  • Valid Drivers License and DOT Medical Card, CDL preferred.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical basics.
  • Adequate tool inventory.
  • Ability to work well in a Team environment.
  • Communicates well – verbally, nonverbally, and in writing.
  • Strong Customer focus with the capacity to “flex” to quick changes in scheduling, adjusting personal work schedule as necessary.
  • Dependable – meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, and makes wise decisions in alignment with Company aspirations.
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Willingness to embrace and model Agriteer’s Core Values.
Compensation Package:
  • Hourly position
  • $28-$35 hourly wage, based on experience
