FT Road Service Tech

The Richland Service department is looking to add an additional experienced service tech to their Team.  This position will service Gehl Manitou equipment both in the shop and on the road.

 

Responsibilities for this full-time position include:

  • Set-up, service and repair agriculture equipment in a timely and accurate fashion while focusing on quality service
  • Providing accurate and complete records on work orders and submitting them timely

The ideal candidate for this great opportunity will have:

  • Experience with the maintenance and repair of agriculture equipment
  • A positive attitude, exuding courtesy and helpfulness
    • An ability to thrive in a Team atmosphere and when working independently
  • A strong Customer service focus

Full-Time Ag Equipment Salesman
Waynesboro, Pennsylvania

Agriteer Waynesboro is looking to add an additional Sales Associate to their Team.   This position would be best suited for a Customer-oriented individual who would thrive serving in a whole goods equipment sales (new or used) environment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Cultivating new business relationships while strengthening relationships with existing Customers.
  2. Promoting new and used equipment business to achieve optimal revenue.
  3. Pursuing appropriate, continual training on all products represented by Agriteer.
  4. Coaching purchasers through complete sales process from initial contact to final close.
  5. Timely completion of all paperwork required in the closing of a sale.
  6. Serving walk-in Customers
  7. Delivering parts to Customers, and conducting consultative sales visits to explore sales opportunities.
  8. Working with Sales Support Team Leader regarding Whole Goods leads outside of Customer base.
  9. Making follow-up visits to Customers of Whole Goods and repaired equipment to check satisfaction level.
  10. Coordinating office and delivery schedules with Location Leader to ensure travel optimization
  11. Maintaining accountability with the Corporate Office in establishing sales margins, inventory stewardship, trade-in allowances, etc.
  12. Any other task assigned.

The ideal candidate for this great opportunity exhibits:

  1. Excellent verbal, nonverbal and written communication
  2. A focus on work that is detailed and accurate
  3. Excellent people skills and computer skills, with proficiency in Excel
  4. High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding proprietary information
  5. An ability to thrive both in a Team atmosphere and when working independently

Requirements:

  1. Positive and professional attitude, exuding courtesy and helpfulness
  2. Valid driver’s license
  3. Strong Customer focus
  4. Willingness to work overtime, including an occasional Saturday morning
  5. Experience with ag whole goods, sales background is preferred
