FT Road Service Tech
Richland, PA

The Richland Service department is looking to add an additional experienced service tech to their Team.  This position will service Gehl Manitou equipment both in the shop and on the road.

 

Responsibilities for this full-time position include:

  • Set-up, service and repair agriculture equipment in a timely and accurate fashion while focusing on quality service
  • Providing accurate and complete records on work orders and submitting them timely

The ideal candidate for this great opportunity will have:

  • Experience with the maintenance and repair of agriculture equipment
  • A positive attitude, exuding courtesy and helpfulness
    • An ability to thrive in a Team atmosphere and when working independently
  • A strong Customer service focus
  • Dependability – meeting commitments, accepting accountability

Our Agriteer Cecilton team is looking for an individual familiar with farm equipment parts and equipment to fill a Full-Time Parts Sales Associate position that consists mainly of in-house customer service.
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing prompt, accurate, courteous service to walk-in and online farm equipment parts customers.
  • Pulling and packaging orders and working closely with the Agriteer Team to ensure outstanding service.
Qualified candidates must:
  • Have a current, valid driver’s license and medical card

Service Parts Associate
Harrisonburg, VA

Our Harrisonburg Parts Departments seeks an organized, efficient, and responsible Parts team member to support our service department.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lookup, order, pull, and deliver parts to service technicians.
  • Regularly communicate with service administration and technicians.
  • Help service dept efficiency by supplying parts to the techs on time and following up on delayed parts.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by making sure parts are properly billed and returned.
  • Promote the interests of Agriteer in a manner consistent with its Mission, Vision, Business philosophy and Core Values.
     
 Immediate Goals:
  • Help improve service dept efficiency.
  • Clean up and organize unused and upcoming job parts.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide Technicians (road and shop) with parts.
  • Regularly check in with and solicit parts orders from Technicians
  • Lookup/pull parts for Service Team.
  • Monitor parts on order to ensure that delays are minimal.
  • Attend monthly Parts and Service meetings.
  • Promptly remove parts from invoices that are returned from jobs and restock them.
  • Manage oil inventory in the shop and bill oil usage on repair orders.
  • Keep the job shelves organized.
  • Ensure that all Shop supplies are fully stocked (such as oils, antifreeze, bins, etc.).
  • Any task assigned by Team Leader.
Requirements:

Parts Shipping & Receiving
Harrisonburg, VA

Our Harrisonburg Parts Departments seeks an organized, efficient, and responsible team member to handle shipping and receiving.
Responsibilities for this full-time position include:
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Receive parts into the business system, verifying pricing, quantities, and supersessions are entered correctly.
  • Identify high priority incoming shipments and ensure they are processed quickly.
  • Put parts into parts storage bins/shelves and areas for Customer pick up or shop use. Make notes of parts locations.
  • Call Customers to notify them of parts that are ready for pickup. Make notes of calls.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damage and note them before signing the Bill of Lading.
  • Pull parts orders for Customer pickup and outbound shipments. Ship orders to Customers
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and telescopic lifts to move and unload/load parts.
  • Keep the shipping & receiving area tidy and organized.
  • Assist the Parts Counter Team as required
  • Attend Team meetings, Company events, and on-site or off-site training when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional conduct and appearance.
  • Work overtime when required to ensure parts orders are being processed in a timely manner. Some Saturdays may be required.
